Please ReadTreatment Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following policies. Course bookings have separate terms.
Booking fee
A non-refundable booking fee of £15 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at your appointment.
Cancellations & rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend, we will charge the remaining balance where the appointment cannot be filled and that amount reflects the lost booking. If the slot is filled or our costs are reduced, we will reduce or waive the charge accordingly. Your £15 booking fee will count towards any charge; you will not be charged twice for it.
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £15 fee.
- Appointments may only be rescheduled within the same calendar month, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Late policy
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened. The booking fee may be retained towards a reasonable charge for the lost appointment time.
Guest policy
Due to limited space, only one guest is permitted per appointment and must be approved in advance. Guests must not disrupt the service.
Sickness policy
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including flu, COVID-19, conjunctivitis or an eye infection, please contact us to reschedule. We may refuse treatment if you arrive sick and it would be unsafe to proceed. The booking fee may be retained towards the lost appointment time.
Patch tests
Patch tests are required 24–48 hours before lash lift and tint, brow lamination and brow tinting treatments. Patch tests for eyelash extensions are recommended but not mandatory. Please tell us about allergies and previous reactions before treatment. A patch test cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur.
Foreign infills
Infills from other lash technicians will be assessed at the start of your appointment. If the existing work is not suitable for infilling, a removal and full set may be required. We will explain the change and any extra cost before proceeding. We cannot guarantee the condition or retention of work carried out by another technician.
Infills
Infills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your full set, and at least 40% of the extensions must remain. Appointments outside this window, or with fewer lashes remaining, may need to be booked and charged as a full set. We will confirm this before proceeding.
Appointment preparation
Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. If additional cleansing is needed, a £5 fee may apply. We will tell you before carrying it out.
Treatment risks
Lash and brow treatments involve professional adhesives and solutions that can cause irritation or allergic reactions. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions and previous reactions on your consultation form. We will discuss suitability and obtain treatment consent before proceeding.
Refunds & retention
Lash retention varies depending on individual factors and aftercare. Please report any concerns as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of your appointment, so we can assess them. You can still raise a concern after 48 hours. If a treatment has not been carried out with reasonable care and skill, we will offer an appropriate remedy.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment where necessary for health, safety or inappropriate behaviour.
Confidentiality & data protection
Client information is handled confidentially and stored securely in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
Photos & client forms
Client consultation and treatment consent forms must be completed before treatment. We may ask to take photos for our portfolio and marketing, but will seek your separate permission before using identifiable photos. Declining photo permission will not affect your treatment.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Treatment consent and photo permission will be requested separately where applicable.
