Course Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the 4-Day Beginner Lash Course, 2-Day Beginner Lash Course and 1-Day Refresher Course. They are separate from our treatment appointment terms.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Reading and accepting these terms
Please read these terms before booking. By selecting the agreement box and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to them. Your booking also includes the course description, selected dates, price and payment option shown at checkout.
If you have a question or need information in another format, email eyelashedl15@outlook.com before booking.
2. Course prices and deposits
| Course | Full price | Deposit | Balance after deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4-Day Beginner | £799 | £250 | £549 |
| 2-Day Beginner | £450 | £150 | £300 |
| 1-Day Refresher | £300 | £100 | £200 |
A deposit forms part of the course price and is not an additional charge. Deposits are non-refundable once any applicable 14-day online cancellation period has ended, except where EyelashedL Studios cancels or cannot provide the course, the amount retained would be more than our reasonable direct loss, or a refund is otherwise required by law. Your place is confirmed only after payment is successful and we confirm the booking. Places are private and allocated on a first come, first served basis. A date held temporarily during checkout is not confirmed until payment succeeds.
3. Remaining balances and payment plans
If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be received in full before the first training session begins. We will provide payment instructions. If the balance is unpaid when the course is due to start, you may not be able to attend and the booking may be treated as a cancellation, subject to the cancellation terms below.
If Klarna, Clearpay or another instalment provider is displayed at checkout, that provider may allow you to split the payment. Its eligibility checks, payment dates and separate terms will apply. Using an instalment provider does not change your responsibilities under these course terms.
4. Online cancellation period
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, an online customer normally has 14 days after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email us clearly at eyelashedl15@outlook.com.
If you expressly ask us to start providing part of the service during that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for what has already been provided. The right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement. These provisions do not reduce any other legal rights that apply.
5. Moving your booking to different dates
You may request one transfer to another available course date by emailing us at least seven calendar days before the first booked training day. A transfer is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we approve the new dates in writing.
Requests made with less than seven days’ notice will be considered individually, but a transfer is not guaranteed. A transferred booking remains subject to these terms and must be used for the same course unless we agree otherwise.
6. Student cancellations and non-attendance
If you need to cancel, you must email us at least seven calendar days before the first booked training day. A cancellation received with less than seven calendar days’ notice, or failure to attend, will be treated as a late cancellation.
If you cancel outside any applicable online cancellation period, cancel late or do not attend, we may retain or charge only a reasonable amount for the direct loss caused by the cancellation. We will take account of costs saved and whether we are able to fill the place. Any deposit already paid counts towards that amount, so you will not be charged twice for the same loss. We will refund any amount paid above the reasonable loss.
Please contact us as soon as possible if illness, bereavement or another serious circumstance affects your attendance. We will consider the circumstances fairly, but cannot promise a refund or transfer in every case.
7. If we change or cancel a course
We may make reasonable changes to the order of lessons, timings, teaching materials or practical activities where this does not materially reduce the course. If we need to make a significant change, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible.
If we cancel the course or cannot provide it as agreed, you may choose an available replacement date or receive a refund for the part we cannot provide. We are not responsible for avoidable travel or accommodation costs, so please consider flexible arrangements.
8. Eligibility and the refresher consultation
Students must be at least 16 on the training date. Students aged 16 or 17 must provide written consent from a parent or guardian before practical training. The beginner courses do not require previous lash qualifications.
The Refresher Course is for previously trained lash artists. A 30-minute consultation call must be completed before the training day so the lesson can be tailored to your needs. We may ask for evidence of previous training.
Please tell us before the course about any reasonable adjustments you need so we can discuss how to support you.
9. Attendance and punctuality
The 4-Day Beginner Course runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm on day 1, 10:00am to 4:10pm on day 2, 10:00am to 3:45pm on day 3 and 10:00am to 4:30pm on day 4. The 2-Day Beginner Course runs from 9:30am to 4:30pm on day 1 and 9:30am to 5:00pm on day 2. The Refresher Course timetable is personalised and confirmed after the required pre-course consultation. Please arrive on time and attend every required session. Missed or substantially shortened teaching may prevent you from completing an assessment or receiving a certificate.
If you are late or miss part of the course, additional teaching is not automatically included. Any extra training that may be required will be discussed with you and priced before it is booked.
10. Student-provided models
Students are responsible for arranging suitable models who can attend at the following times:
- 4-Day Beginner Course: one model at 1:00pm on day 2 and one model at 1:00pm on day 4.
- 2-Day Beginner Course: one model at 1:45pm on day 2.
- 1-Day Refresher Course: a model is required only where practical model work is agreed during the pre-course consultation. If needed, the model arrival time will be confirmed with the student.
Each model must complete a consultation and must sign a consent form before treatment begins. We may refuse or stop a model treatment if there is a contraindication, safety concern or missing signed consent.
If a required model is unsuitable, unavailable or late, the student may be unable to complete practical work or assessment. Certification may be delayed. Any replacement assessment or additional supervised session will be subject to availability, and any additional price will be disclosed and agreed before booking it.
11. Health, safety and professional conduct
Students must follow the educator’s instructions on hygiene, infection control, PPE, patch testing, consultation, adhesives, products, equipment and safe application. Tell us promptly about any health issue, allergy, injury or circumstance that could affect safe participation.
We may pause or stop practical work where there is a health or safety concern. Serious unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course. Any payment decision following removal will be considered fairly in light of the circumstances and services already provided.
12. Assessment, case studies and certificates
Attendance alone does not guarantee a certificate. Students must complete the required attendance, theory and practical assessments and demonstrate safe working.
The 4-Day and 2-Day Beginner courses require three satisfactory post-course case studies. The final course certificate will be issued after the required assessments and case studies have been completed successfully. We will provide submission instructions and feedback.
For the Refresher Course, any certificate is subject to completing the agreed learning activities and demonstrating safe practice. If work does not yet meet the required standard, we will explain the areas to improve and any available reassessment or further-training option.
13. Accreditation, insurance and professional practice
Accreditation approval is not currently confirmed. We will not describe a course as accredited or name an accrediting body until written approval has been received for that course.
A course certificate does not guarantee that a particular insurer, employer, local authority or licensing body will accept the training. Before offering treatments professionally, students are responsible for checking their own insurance, licensing, registration and local authority requirements.
14. What is included
- 4-Day and 2-Day Beginner courses: lunch, course manual, starter kit, post-course support and a drop call are included.
- Refresher Course: lunch, access to the support groups and a drop call are included. A starter kit is available at an additional cost.
Models, travel and accommodation are not included. Any optional product, extra assessment or additional training will be priced separately and agreed before payment.
15. Course materials and recordings
Course manuals, lesson materials, worksheets and training resources are provided for the enrolled student’s personal learning and professional reference. They must not be copied, sold, shared, uploaded, reproduced or used to teach others without our written permission.
Audio, video or screen recording during training is not permitted unless we give permission in advance.
16. Photographs and marketing permission
Photographs may be taken to document practical work, assessment and progress. We will request separate permission before using identifiable student or model photographs for marketing or social media. Refusing marketing permission will not affect the student’s training or assessment.
17. Personal information
We use personal information to manage bookings and payments, provide training, communicate joining information, maintain attendance and assessment records, support health and safety and deal with questions or complaints. Payment providers and other service providers may process information on our behalf.
Health information is used only where necessary for safe training and model treatments. For privacy questions or requests concerning personal information, email eyelashedl15@outlook.com. Please read our Privacy Notice alongside these terms.
18. Responsibility and events beyond our control
We do not promise particular earnings, employment, business results, client numbers or treatment outcomes after training. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
If an event beyond our reasonable control prevents training from going ahead, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate replacement date or refund for any part that cannot be provided.
19. Questions and complaints
Please email eyelashedl15@outlook.com, explaining what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have the protection of the law and courts that apply where you live.
